Cafe New Orleans' Special Blends
Café New Orleans - is a smooth, full bodied coffee that introduces the rich, and complex culture of New Orleans in a cup. This is a good coffee for that first cup of the day and that last cup at night. This is an excellent coffee for espresso for those that prefer the European espresso with the rich crema that is superb for cappuccino. CCB - has an aggressive, full bodied taste with an underlying sweetness that brings out the very best of the New Orleans Roast. This complex coffee has a superb balance of acidity and robust flavor that is gently sweet on the palate. This coffee is good throughout the day and well received as a complement to dessert after-dinner. Doc's Blend - is a dark and bold coffee, that will challenge the dark roast enthusiast. This rich coffee has intense flavor and is full bodied. This is our darkest roast and is excellent when used to make espresso for those that prefer the American style of cappuccino. Royal Street - is a full-bodied, rich, complex coffee that has a mild richness and a satisfying earthy tone that reminds one of Royal Street in the French Quarter of New Orleans. French Quarter Blend - combines intense flavor, and balanced acidity, in a rich New Orleans roast that is best in the morning but loved by some for a late evening cup. This particular blend is excellent with warm milk (Café Au Lait).
